2026 Miles for the Unseen

In 2026, I’m walking 2,026 miles.

This is a year-long practice focused on staying mobile when movement requires care. It’s for people who have to pace themselves, protect their bodies, and think about safety just to keep going.

Much of that effort is invisible, even though it shapes how people live.

Throughout the year, I’ll share brief walk notes, simple observations about what it takes to keep moving after life changes.

Advocacy

Too many people live for years with serious symptoms because conditions like craniocervical instability caused by ligament laxity go unrecognized until damage is advanced.

I launched this petition to call for better education, earlier recognition, and accountability so fewer people are left navigating pain and instability without answers.
